Refunds

The policy

If you bought Klay within the last 7 days and it is not what you wanted, email us and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

This applies however much of the course you have read. A refund policy you have to qualify for is a policy designed not to be used.

How to ask

Email klayedu.com@gmail.com from the address you bought with, with the word "refund" in the subject. That is everything we need - the purchase is looked up from your email address.

We reply within two working days. The refund is issued through Dodo Payments, and how long it takes to reach your account after that is up to your bank or UPI provider - usually five to ten working days, and we have no way to speed that part up.

After a refund

Course access ends with the refund. You keep everything that was free before you bought, which is a substantial part of the site: every roadmap, the topography map, the labs, the daily papers, module 1 of every course in full, and the first videos of every other lesson.

Why 7 days and not longer

7 days is enough to read a module properly and decide. It is short enough that we can honour it without checks, conditions or a form - which is the part that actually matters to somebody asking for their money back.
